Inspiration To Reality – Brancoprata & Style Me Pretty
Posted on April 23rd, 2010One of my favorite bloggers in the world Sofia of Brancoprata, was chosen by Abby Larson of Style Me Pretty (another favorite) to have their amazingly beautiful, sexy, and girly inspiration board come to life! All the amazing vendors who made this happen must of had a ball bringing with this one. The details and colors are a perfect interpretation of Sofia’s board!
I am a little biased for two reasons; first this shoot includes all of my favorite colors and two, I love everything about Brancoprata!
Check out the rest of this shoot here. It is absolutely BANANAS!

Congratulations Sofia!

On Etsy – A Package From Paris….Ooh La La!
Posted on March 22nd, 2010One of the greatest rewards of blogging is you “meet” the nicest people from everywhere with which you share the same passions. One of mine is all things that have to do with Paris!
One of my blogger friends, Mandy, happens to have a very chic and amazingly beautiful blog called A La Parisienne. It is about all things Parisienne and then some! Besides learning last week that I have “some-what” of a sweet tooth here is something else you might not know about me; I LOVE PARIS! I am crazy about the city. Seriously, my goal is to save enough money so we can buy a flat there one day soon. So after coming across Mandy’s blog I was hooked.
I needed some chic, lady-like accessories to wear to a friend’s wedding this week in Alabama. The first place I looked was A La Parisienne’s Etsy boutique and I found exactly what I needed to compliment my LBD. Tres chic!

I cannot wait until to get to Alabama (had them delivered there just in case) to try out my handmade beauties! Mandy’s creations do not last long at her Etsy boutique. If you see something you like (I am sure you will!) I suggest you grab it. I can guarantee it will not be there for very long!
Merci, Mandy!

Wedding Inspiration Board # 24 – Oh, Happy Day!
Posted on March 5th, 2010Undoubtedly, the color yellow is one of the happiest colors in the spectrum. Paired with aqua, black, and white you are telling your guests the only rules they need to follow on your wedding day are to enjoy, laugh, and celebrate in a very festive way. This color palette screams originality and fun. Perfectly suited for the for the couple who lives life in a bright and bold fashion.

Party Ideas – Chic Gossip Girl Bridal Shower
Posted on February 17th, 2010Source: Hostess With the Mostess
I am swooning over this gorgemonous “Gossip Girl” inspired bridal shower on Hostess With the Mostess. Every detail of this shower is “Gossip Girl” worthy. I wonder if “Blaire Waldorf” was invited? Enjoy!

Love the pink peonies and aubergine ruffled placemats.

A close up of the place setting…is this not fantabulous! Yes, yes it is!

Guess who gets to sit at the bustled ivory chair?

Check out this spread…

Mmmmmm French macaroons, my favorite!

Perfectly pink peonies.

Board # 16 – Flamenco Red Wedding
Posted on February 17th, 2010Why not buy your wedding dress in your favorite color? Red would make a great wedding dress color for an enchanted evening wedding. Red, sophisticated, sexy, sultry, and full of passion, would instantly set the mood for the evening. Imagine a Spanish themed wedding with Flamenco dancers entertaining your guest as they dance to the toque being played by a Flamenco guitarist. Perfecto!
