The services provided with the Enchanted Package will see to it that every plan is in place and carried out as you wish. Here are some of the ways we make certain that they are:

• Meet with you to go over all the details and key players involved in the production of your wedding (all vendor contracts and contact information will be required for this meeting)
• Contact all vendors two weeks prior to your wedding date to confirm and review details, arrival times, and venue procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down
• Distribute a client approved timeline to all vendors one week prior to your wedding date
• Arrive two hours prior to start of the event to ensure the arrangements of the ceremony and reception venues are complete and accurate according to the approved site and décor plan
• Unlimited professional advice and guidance via email or telephone

No need to worry about the vendors as you prepare to take the most important walk of your life. We will professionally oversee the details of the day, allowing you to relax and enjoy a beautifully organized, stress-free wedding celebration.

In order to provide the utmost level of service, it is required that this package be contracted no later than five weeks prior to your wedding date. Unexpected circumstances will receive special consideration.
